I believe that everyone has the potential to be his or her best. It doesn't matter where you come from or where you plan to go, you can achieve anything you put your mind to. That even includes improving your health. You can feel, look and behave the way you want, even when you get older. I exercise daily, eat right, and make the best choices for my body. My friends think I spend way too much time exercising or shopping for my “health” food. But at the end of the day, I feel good about my life because I know I do the right thing for it.
